Pretty much covered it. except the first take down was really a knockdown by a sneaky straight right as Gandulla MOVED FORWARD. And he did not get up after I took him down the second time. I stood up after the second eye gouge. But none the less thanks for the support guys.

Cine: Its simple, for all our female fans out there exchange the term balls for guts. For example, "What so and so did took balls!" this could be easily changed to "What so and so did took guts!" Also remember that our silence could speak volumes as well. Therefore, if you genuinely disagree with someone or something it doesn't mean that you should blurt out your opinion. You could easily stay silent and wait for the moment to approach that person and express your dissent. But in expressing your dissent to that person they should take it for what it is YOUR opinion or version of the truth. Like you, I find it easier to tell the truth because I have a problem remembering my lies... just ask my wife... so I tell it like I see it. That's what communication and discussions are about in the first place, an exchange of ideas. Therefore, keep on speaking your mind, just make sure your timing is right and continue to speak the truth, life is easier that way!

And just how do I apply this to myself since I have no balls? Please reitorate. I do get what you're saying though and if I take a look at myself I see that I always speak my mind and it gets me in trouble sometimes but I do always speak the truth. It's easier to remember what I said that way!

This article should be in every school and gym. I cant understand for the life of me how many have said they have been born to be fighters and as soon they get in the ring. BANG!!Nothing!!

You must take a step back, think before you do. Ask yourself these questions can you committ, sacrifice, devote all the possible time that you have to accomplish your dream. If you have a slight hint of a "NO" then the fight game is not for you.

I've been in the martial arts for over 30 yrs and competing since 1981. I've won everything under the sun, and "WHY"? because I'm dedicated, committed, and will sacrifice the little things just for the big prize thats ahead. The fight game is not a joke or something to play with. There are ups and downs but in the long run this will help you in everyday lifes problems. Dont give up but at least try. You can do anything in this world once you put your mind into it. We have a dream live it, and believe in it and you will be done.
